Self-care isnāt just about spiritual practices, itās also about taking care of your physical body including your mind. Schedule regular check-ups, dental appointments, and any necessary medical screenings. Preventative care is a form of self-love, ensuring youāre in the best possible health to pursue your spiritual and personal goals. We are souls having a human experience, so we have to take care of our human bodies as part of this experience. Your body is a temple after all.
