Hello again. It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Life has been a bit hectic, but in a good way. To start, I’m officially certified in Level 1 Reiki!! So excited about this. This is something that has been sitting in my bucket list for a while. I’m hoping to go all the way. What does this mean for me now? Second awesome thing was I was able to participate in a bazaar and sell my craft. Aside from selling I was able to share information about crystals and answer questions. I was amazed at how receptive people are. It was pretty incredible. It went very well for us and I couldn’t be happier. The support I received was incredible and I could feel the love. I am super blessed and forever grateful. For those couple of people with the not so nice comments, I’ll be surronding you with happy and positive energy and hope you find your happy place one day.
Okay, on to stuff you are really here for, crystal that are useful to have in your home.
One of my favorite, all around useful stones is Rose Quartz. Oh the many uses of this beautiful crystal. It is a stone of pure love. Love for your family, friends,home, mother earth, your higher self, you higher being, just sweet unconditional love. This stone radiates calms and clears the surrounding area on negative energies. A wonder soother for the soul. Helps relieve stress, relieve tension and keeps the home with joy and soothing vibrations (sign me up for a coffee table sized crystal please). In our last post, I said that this stone is also a great aid with sleep. I enjoy placing a rose quartz in each room and also doing a rose quartz elixir to spray around the home. A small crystal placed in a spray bottle (I like to add a couple of drops of lavender oil for some added aromatherapy benefits). I recommend letting the crystal and water sit overnight. Then go spray crazy around the house, concentrating where the family hangs out or where you feel you need a raise in vibrational energy. Spray that baby!
Another all around good crystal to have is a Spirit Quartz. I’ll be honest, I am still on the hunt for the perfect Spirit 
Quartz. I have yet to find out that calls out to me. I know I’ll find her soon. Spirit Quartz is a beautifully sparkly specimen that resembles a cactus made out of purple, yellow or pale pink diamonds.
There are 2 varieties of Spirit Quartz, the Amethyst and Citrine varieties. The Amethyst kind helps us connect to our higher self and assists us in comprehending the information being received. Citrine variety helps us connect with our third chakra and helps us act directly from our Higher Self. Spirit Quartz helps us detach from negative attachments and balance our chakras and our meridians while helping them work at optimal levels.
Next up is Selenite. I discovered Selenite in a pretty unconventional way…I dreamt about it. For reals! During my super early stages learning about crystals, I went to bed and in the middle of the night, I heard a booming voice yell, “SELENITE”. I jumped out of bed confused thinking my husband was in trouble. He snored away next to me and I was still confused. I had never heard of Selenite before and didn’t know what it meant at the time but as the night continued, so did the voice (I know I sound like a bag of crazy but bear with me). “Selenite” over and over again until I got my butt out of bed and looked it up on my phone. There it was, a crystal that I had ever heard of until that night that had exactly what I needed. AWESOME!! What is Selenite? Selenite is an awesome stone that helps auric cleansing helps clear energy blocks. Perfect for the home. Yes, Selenite is a form of Gypsum. Dessert rose is another form. Selenite is amazing at clearing negative energies as well. I highly recommend using Selenite when cleansing your other cyrstals. It is considered a self-cleansing cyrstals. Sleeping with Selenite nearby will also help connect with your guides during your dreaming stages of sleep. Place a Selenite stick along the vertebrate to help your chakras align. I mean really, how awesome is this stone.

ast but not least, Smoky Quartz. Oh yes, I am the spoke person for this crystal, because it is pretty spectacular and protecting you and its immediate environment from negative energy. It can absorb and transmute almost unlimited amounts of negativity. It enhances practicality and organization.
A great stone for grounding and bringing even the flightiest of people back to earth. Finally, it does help bring your dreams and ideas into fruition.
Yeah, we love Smoky Quartz. I have a small one that designed into a necklace that I wear EVERY SINGLE DAY! No negativity here 🙂
