Why are these different from other handcrafted crystal necklaces?
The technique used is a triple wrapped technique that I personally developed when I had my daughter. Young kids have a habit of pulling on necklaces and I needed a way to make sure the necklace didn’t snap or pop at hard pulls or when caught on something. The small eye pin hole took years of practice with special tools. I am extremely proud of this technique and have tested it out myself along with our hundreds of clients. It’s pretty awesome.
How long does it take for a Custom Piece?
First and foremost, THANK YOU for allowing us to create something magical and healing for you. On average it takes 2-3 weeks for a custom piece. I personally work together with you and provide up to date information on the progress along with specific intentions you have in mind or previously have discussed. I will cleanse the piece and charge it with crystal reiki so you can have all the awesome benefits set and ready to go as soon as your package arrives.
I did the impossible, I broke the chain. What can I do?
First, take a breathe and have some tea. Next, shoot us an email to [email protected]. Send us a picture and a quick run through with what happened (because OMG that takes some power!). Oh, and guess what…we’ll fix the chain…for FREE. We will send you full information via email. Yeah, who loves you?! WE DO!
What can I do if I break the pendant or any part of its component?
Many people believe that if a stone breaks, it’s work is done with you and you no longer need it. While I do believe this as well, there is no reason not to wear your piece. Email us at [email protected] with a picture of your pendant. To replace a pendant, there will be a nominal fee in addition to shipping.
What happens with Lost or Damaged Mail?
Yeah, we hate that too. On average it takes about 2 to 6 weeks for a package to arrive from us to you. We will provide tracking when available. If you haven’t received anything, please email us at [email protected] and we can check the tracking number for you and contact the post office. If your package was marked as DELIVERED but you have received nothing, please contact your post office. USPS has GPS tracking and can locate exactly where your package was left. Once it’s marked delivered”, USPS will no longer speak to the shipper but only deal directly with the recipient. If package still isn’t located, please let us know, we will fight along side you.
If your package is LOST, please let us know ASAP so we can replace it as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our custom pieces, all our packages are insured, so the quicker we know that something is amiss the quicker we can work to correct it.
Customs Fees or Additional Fee imposed by your Government
Unfortunately, may governments add additional fees on international packages. This is the responsibility of the receiver. Remember Love or it’s affiliates is not responsible for any fees imposed by customs or your local government. Please become familiar with your local custom laws. Please Note: If a package gets returned for failure to pay additional fees or failure to pick up at customs, any additional fees imposed to us, including but not limited to , return shipping fees or restocking fee, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
