Unless specified, all our pieces are meticulously handmade by a Crystal Reiki Master.
Our wire-wrapped pieces are crafted using a unique technique refined over years, guaranteeing durability and preventing the necklace from snapping or popping should it be accidentally pulled. This thoughtful approach to craftsmanship speaks to our commitment to quality and longevity.
In addition to these bespoke pieces, we offer ready-to-wear options such as stretch bracelets and silk thread mala necklaces. Just like our more intricate pieces, these too should be handled with care and respect to maintain their beauty and structural integrity. Each item, no matter the style, is a tool in your spiritual practice and deserves to be treated as such.
On average, a custom piece takes about 3-4 weeks to complete, unless otherwise communicated. RLH will work together with you to discuss your specific intentions paired with a crystal reading. Each custom piece will be cleansed and reiki charged so you are ready to use your piece right out of the box.

It’s commonly believed in the crystal community that if a stone breaks or is lost, it indicates that the stone has completed its work with you and you no longer require its energies. Due to the delicate nature of crystals, we recommend handling your stone jewelry with care to prolong its life.
If the pendant on your jewelry piece breaks, you can still wear the chain or setting without it. Should you wish to replace the pendant, we offer a curated selection for purchase. This allows you to continue your journey with a new crystal that will meet your current spiritual needs.
We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be. Typically, it takes about 2 to 6 weeks for a package to make its way from us to you. Rest assured, we provide tracking information whenever possible to keep you updated on your package’s journey.

We recommend contacting your local post office directly. The USPS uses GPS tracking and can accurately determine where your package was delivered. Once an item is marked as “delivered,” the USPS will communicate only with the recipient, not the shipper. If the package remains missing, please inform us. We’re committed to supporting you, though our ability to intervene is limited after delivery is confirmed. In some cases, filing a police report may be necessary.
Please inform us as soon as possible. Our products are insured due to their unique nature, and notifying us promptly about any shipping issues allows us to address and rectify the situation swiftly, including replacing your item when needed.

Customs fees are additional charges applied by the destination country for the importation of goods, which can include taxes, duties, and processing fees. These fees are not determined or collected by the shipper, but are imposed by the local customs office and are often based on the value of the goods, their classification, and the trade agreements in place between countries.
As the shipper, we have no control over these charges and they are not included in the shipping costs. The recipient is responsible for paying any customs fees in order to release the package from customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering to estimate potential charges, as customs policies vary greatly from country to country.

Is crystal healing real?

While some individuals may be more attuned to the energies of crystals and notice their effects more readily, others may not perceive these sensations as intensely. This is completely normal. Even if the energy isn’t strongly felt, trust that it’s moving to where it’s needed and contributing towards a harmonious balance within the user’s energy field.
