Today’s Mantra…Meditation…or Affirmation (What ever you want to call it. I interchange these words often), is an easy one.

To me, its about forgiveness. Forgiveness for me, forgiveness for others and letting go of worries. For us who tend to worry about things we usually have no control over, we need that gently reminder that is is okay to let it go.

So our Mantra for today is: “It’s Okay to Let it Go…”

Repeat this as necessary, before bed, or during your meditation time. It’s okay to let it go.
